Can Cancer Cells Be Reversed Through Food Choice or Diet?

Is there a food cancer truth?People all over the world are looking for the truth about cancer and diet. Some speculate about diets and how they may heal cancer. My diet has always been rich in vegetables, fruits, and fewer animal proteins’sources. I was very healthy and had never health problems. Hence, cancer was a disease I have only seen in many patients and friends, but I had never had thoughts about being the one diagnosed with colon cancer. My first question was what had gone wrong? Dr. Campbell and his Team – Research Food Cancer Truth

In his experiment, Dr. Campbell and his team used the protein casein to prove its promoting e effect for cancer cell growth when a carcinogenic toxin is present. Casein makes up 87% of the protein in the milk.  In this study, they used rats to examine the tumor formation over the rats’ lifetime (the life span of rats is about two years, thus the study was 100 weeks in length).  The trial used different approaches. They introduced aflatoxins to promote cancer cell growth. Once cancer cell growth is noted., they divided the rats into 2 groups and switched the diet of some rats either for forty or sixty weeks. One group was switched from high to a low- protein diet, while the other group was switched from a low to a high-protein diet. The idea behind was to investigate the reversibility of cancer initiation. The experiment showed that animals switched from a high-protein to a low-protein diet had significantly less tumor growth (35%-40%) less than the animals on a high-protein diet. On the other hand, animals that were switched from a low-protein diet to a high-protein diet started growing tumors again (halfway through their lifetime).

What do you have to know about casein?

  • Casein is a cow milk protein and it is an exceptionally potent cancer promoter in rats dosed with aflatoxin.

Are Proteins Different or Alike?

The same experiment was made by David Schulsinger, but with plant protein. The results were negative to cancer initiation or cancer cell growth. Schulsinger used gluten (from wheat), in his study. This plant protein did not produce the same result as casein, even when the rats were fed at the same 20% level.
